Day 15

THIS is why I need to walk 11,000 steps a day.

 

If you are what you eat, then I’m a hot fudge sundae with mint chocolate chip ice cream and whipped cream and a cherry. I got hooked on them when I was a college student working at Friendly’s, and I hate to tell you how many I’ve eaten over the years. Now I usually opt for the smaller, happy ending, version, but if I have a buy one, get one free coupon for the larger size and a friend to eat the second one, I always go for the bargain. I know, I know…. you can go broke in bargains, and you can also gain ten pounds in bargains like these. But what is life without a treat once in a while? I just have to remember it’s once in a while and not once a week.
