I finally got to try out Barry’s Bakery/Pub. It’s right at the 4 corners of Webster, and I’d been watching the owners remodel the place for a long time.

 I met some friends for coffee and we sat outside on the patio. I couldn’t help it that a blueberry scone made its way onto my plate. The only polite thing to do was to eat it, and was it ever good. Very moist, unlike some scones I’ve had that are on the dry side.

Now I want to back in the evening and check out the pub side which has live entertainment.

As I was leaving I noticed another new place next to Barry’s. It’s called the Garage Sale store. I only had time to peek into the windows, but it looks like typical garage sale stuff, but better organized and neater. I definitely want to go back there too. Why not check them out for yourselves?
