Day 186

I tried something new today. Instead of driving to the gym, using the weight machines, and then the treadmill, I decided to walk to the gym, use the weight machines and then walk home. It’s only about a mile to the gym, not nearly as far as I thought it was. I can’t believe I haven’t tried this before. The only downside is walking along a relatively busy road, but there is a wide shoulder. I kept thinking that I should be carrying a plastic bag to pick up all the litter, but if I did that, I’d never get to the gym, but I might develop some muscles from carrying the heavy bag.
